- 40-200 acres as a single parcel or potential assemblage.
- Located in school systems known for academic excellence.
Apartments / Multifamily Land
- 150-400 units, 5-60 acres
Retail/Mixed-Use Property
- All acreages
- High traffic counts & visibility
- Downtown / infill areas preferred
- Interstate frontage also acceptable
Senior Housing Land
- 5-15 acres
- Close proximity to major dining, entertainment and shopping districts.
- Demographics (at a 5 mile radius):
- Population: 150,000-180,000 people
- Avg HH Income: $85,000+
Raw land with utilities at site or within reasonable access preferred.
Not objectionable to rezoning cases.
Willing to work with land contracts and variety of financing options.
